Q: How we start? Is it complex?

If you don't know what exact items you need to have for your promo events, no worries, kindly let us know, we will help you select the most suitable items from us and tailor a perfect commercial display solution for you.
Q: What art file should I provide, could you help on the design?
A: Standard art files is vector format like .eps, .ai or .pdf. If you have non-vector format like .jpeg, .bmp, .gif, .psd, please make sure the resolution is high enough. We also have designer can help you create your own art.
Q: What's your MOQ?
A: There are no minimum order required for most items, please call us if you require more information. But the more quantity you order, the cheaper the price is going to get.
Q: How about the terms of payment?
A: For large order, T/T. For small order, T/T, western union, Alipay and paypal can be accepted too.
Q: How about the shipment?
A: For small amount orders, we will ship the goods to you via FEDEX, TNT, DHL and etc express. For large amount of orders, We accept EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF, price term And shipment by sea, by air.
